"This world…is wrong"

Started reading Tokyo Ghoul yesterday and read up to the available translations! Unfortunately the available translations are not truly up to date as subs are slow ;__; 
Also I don't know if it's clear or what not but based on the actual character design, the teeth and all are part of the mask (faked teeth on the mask that can be zipped closed/open), his actual mouth and teeth are underneath the mask.
